Neuroplasticity is the conscious act of reprogramming your thoughts, actions and behaviors.  Our brains create new neuro pathways and trims away old and unneccessary neuro connections.  We are able to achieve this by consciously changing our behavior and actions and even our thoughts consistantly.  It takes 30 days to change a habit and create a new one.   When we decide to make a change in our life think of all the different ways you can manifest the new you.  For example:   You can create a healthy lifestyle by taking a walk everyday, replacing negative, self defeating thoughts with positive thoughts and speech  you can take adaptogens, eat healthier, learn something new, and make time for creativity.  Take small steps make for big changes.
