These are questions for your to explore, ponder and answer prior to our first meeting.  By asking yourself these questions you can gain insight about your health and your needs.  You may become aware of  your imbalances and blockages and maybe even their cause.  These are your in-depth answers and I encourage you to record your answers and come back to them in the future.

STRESS:  Level 1 to 3.

1.   Day to day stressors have little affect on your emotions, energy and appetite.  

2.  Slightly incresased stress than average day to day stress.  Stress affects your emotions in a        negative way.  Your energy levels are diminished.

3.  Large amount of stress.  The stress impacts you emotionally and physically(fatigue).  Experiencing uncontrollable weight gain or loss.  Increased amount of viral infections.

Adrenal Support:  Who, what and how are you?

What is your age and how old do you feel?  

How old do you want to feel?  How active are  you?  

Do  you challenge yourself physically during the week?  

How and How much?  

Does your work cause physical fatigue, mental fatigue ro both?  

How do  you nurture your fatigue?  

Are  you sleeping enough, do you use sleep assistance?

Does your diet nurture you mentally  and does it nurture your body or does it drain your energy?

Do you take vitamins or supplements?

Do you take medications?

Anxiety/Depression

Do you experience tiredness, nervousness, insomnia, depression, muscle tension, head aches? If yes, please explore this for me.

Brain

Any mental fogginess or change from your normal clarity?  Are you seeking increased mental acuity, alertness, thinking capacity and memory?

Breathing

How's your breathing?  Do you have any challenges here?  Do you have any respiratory diagnosis or have you had pneumonia? 

Cancer

Do you have cancer or any concerns for cancer?

Do you have diabetes or low blood sugar?

Digestion

Do you have any imbalances with bowel movements?

Do you have digestive challenges?

Do you think you have a healthy liver?

What do you think about your immune capabilities?   Are you looking for improvement?

After all of these questions, is there anything specific your would like to work with?
